A mutual fund has the character of a mixed fund, whereas the assets in the mutual fund can be invested in:

- Asset and debt securities on the territory of Central and East Europe (minimum portion of shares represents 10% and at the same time the minimum portion of bonds is 10%, the portion of shares and bonds together represents a minimum of 50% of the assets of the mutual fund),
- Deposits on current accounts and deposit accounts with the value date upon request or value date of up to12 months,
- Money market instruments (certificate of deposits, bills with value date of up to one year),

Assets in the open mutual fund must consists of at least six issues of transferable securities, while the value of one issue must not be composed of more than 30% of the value of assets in the open mutual fund.
The management company will not use any financial derivates at investment in the assets of mutual fund.
